Nice size Room with comfortable beds. Good water pressure. Excellent breakfast. But the staff is what makes this hotel awesome. From the front desk to the breakfast staff to the cleaning crew, everyone was nice and helpful. Had an issue getting a taxi for over 45 minutes (trains were on strike and no taxis seemed to be available) and had a train to catch and anxiety and stress was building as time ticked away. Elena went above and beyond. She was a Life saver. Finished her shift and took our family with luggage to the bus/train station (got there 15 minutes before departure). Thank you Elena for saving the day.

The staff at this hotel are super helpful and friendly - we really felt that they went above and beyond to smile and make conversation, which goes a long way. On arrival the receptionist was really helpful and gave us loads of local information. The breakfast we found was better earlier rather than later - by later there were less available options. The pool and bar area is really nice and we enjoyed a few drinks there when the weather was good enough. The hotel is really clean and the rooms are spacious. We really enjoyed it and would go back.

We had a good sized, bright room with a small balcony. Staff were very helpful (good suggestions for places to eat), and friendly. Good breakfast. Takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to the start of the old town, and then around 12 to the lakeside. It's level walking, so we were fine with that. There are some restaurants/bars close by, a particularly good one about 8 mins walk. Plenty of other places once you get to the old town. Silk museum a short walk.

Comfortable room. Nice breakfast with great variety. Friendly and responsive staff - immediately adjusted room temperature when we asked. Free parking outside the hotel (safe and convenient). The room was fairly depicted in the pictures at Booking.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Although a little out of the old town area it’s still a good location within easy walking distance of the old town and lake. A very good breakfast with excellent service.
